How can we offer CangarooHR for FREE?
It’s easy : Benefit providers, like your health insurance carrier, pay fees for using CangarooHR every time your company uses us to manage your company’s benefits. Those fees make up the bulk of our revenue. And because we can operate profitably on those revenues, we’re happy to provide the insurance premium calculation service free of charge to you, even though many PEOs, HR Outsourcers, and other HR software firms generally charge clients for the same service.
Regardless of fees, our services include:

- Secure data storage
- Technical support
- No hidden fees
- No surprises
- No lengthy contracts
Additional fees may apply for optional functions like the career management and CSST modules. An individual needs assessment must be done for each company to determine if implementation and training fees may also apply.

How are fees calculated?
Simple: fees are calculated based on the number of employees. Try our interactive calculator for an instant look at fees.
Note: there are no base fees if you have 20 employees or more. Employee fees are just $3 a month per employee. If you have fewer than 20 employees, the cost is fixed at $60 per month.
